Honey Glazed Salmon

Salmon fillets brushed with a honey soy glaze and broiled until caramelized at the edges. Bright, fast, and feels like a treat.

Ingredients

  • 4salmon fillets, skin on
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbsprice vinegar
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 tspgrated fresh ginger
  • 1 tspsesame seeds
  • 2scallions, sliced

Steps

  1. 1Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
  2. 2Place salmon fillets skin side down on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
  3. 3Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, brushing once more halfway through, until caramelized and just cooked through.
  4. 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
